Our services

Specialist examination
.
The examination is a fundamental step in maintaining oral health and preventing dental problems. An accurate diagnosis allows us to develop an appropriate treatment plan that helps our patients achieve their desired results.

Root canal treatment
.
External harmful effects, such as deep cavities or excessive force, can cause a tooth to die, potentially leading to an infection. This infection can spread through the root canals into the surrounding bone tissue, causing damage. At this stage, the inflammation is considered a focal disease since it is inaccessible to the body’s immune system and cannot be overcome without external intervention.
The root canal treatment process
The first step of the procedure involves removing the dead, inflamed nerve from the root canal. After thorough cleaning, the canal is prepared for the root filling. In most cases, this process requires multiple visits, so during the intervals between treatments, we place a temporary, medicinal filling in the root canals.
Once the infected tissues are completely removed, a permanent root filling is placed in the canals. A properly performed root filling is stable and completely seals the entire length of the root canal. If these conditions are met, the treated tooth can remain functional for a long time.

Tartar removal
.
We place great emphasis on maintaining oral hygiene and preserving the health of your teeth. A key element of this is regular tartar removal, performed by our skilled dentists and dental hygienists.
What is tartar and why is removal important?
Tartar is a hard, yellowish-brown layer that forms on the surface of teeth due to the accumulation of bacteria and food debris. If not removed in time, it can lead to gum inflammation and periodontal disease, eventually causing tooth loss. Tartar removal helps prevent these issues, improves oral hygiene, eliminates bad breath, whitens teeth, and contributes to long-term dental health.
The tartar removal process
During the procedure, we use an ultrasonic device and specialized hand instruments to remove tartar buildup. Afterward, we polish the teeth with a special paste to make them smooth and shiny. Additionally, we offer an optional fluoride treatment that strengthens tooth enamel and reduces sensitivity.

Oral surgery
.
Tooth extraction and oral surgery
We always strive to preserve teeth through conservative therapy whenever possible. However, in certain cases, this is not feasible, such as in cases of advanced decay, severe inflammation at the root tip (focus), or teeth affected by severe periodontal disease.
In such situations, our clinic offers a wide range of oral surgery services. Our primary goal is to provide effective treatment for oral health issues while ensuring a painless healing process.
Simple tooth extraction
A simple tooth extraction is performed when the tooth can be removed with forceps without requiring additional surgical intervention. Single-rooted front teeth are easier to extract and heal faster. The procedure is completely painless, as we use the most effective anesthetics to ensure patient comfort.
Surgical tooth removal
Surgical tooth removal is necessary when a tooth cannot be extracted with simple forceps, such as in cases where the tooth is deeply fractured or its root anatomy prevents a straightforward extraction. In such cases, additional surgical techniques are required. After the procedure, antibiotics may be prescribed to ensure a faster and safer recovery.
Surgical closure of an opened sinus
In some cases, the maxillary sinus floor is very close to the roots of the upper back teeth. During extraction, there is a risk of sinus perforation, creating an opening between the oral cavity and the sinus. This must be immediately closed with a minor surgical procedure to prevent complications.
Apicoectomy (root tip resection)
This oral surgical procedure is used to eliminate severe infections or focal inflammations that may have systemic effects on the body. It is recommended when inflammation persists around the tooth root despite root canal treatment. The procedure involves removing the inflamed tissues along with the root tip to prevent further complications.
Dental implant placement
At our clinic, experienced professionals perform dental implant procedures, providing a durable and aesthetic solution for missing teeth. Using the latest technologies, we ensure long-lasting and natural-looking results.
During dental implantation, we insert titanium artificial roots into the jawbone to replace missing teeth. This method closely mimics the body's natural structure and eliminates the need to grind down adjacent teeth.
Benefits of dental implants:
-
Improves the stability of existing removable dentures.
-
Helps preserve jawbone structure.
-
Avoids grinding down neighboring teeth.
-
Allows for fixed restorations instead of removable dentures.
Sinus lift procedure
The sinus lift procedure is performed to increase bone volume in the upper jaw to support dental implants. If imaging shows insufficient bone height between the sinus and the oral cavity, a sinus lift is performed to create the necessary bone structure.
During the procedure, a small window is created on the lateral wall of the maxillary sinus, through which bone graft material is placed beneath the sinus membrane. The healing period for this procedure is approximately 6 months.
If the patient has at least 4 mm of existing bone, implants can be placed simultaneously with the sinus lift, shortening the overall treatment duration. If the bone height is less than 4 mm, implants can only be inserted after full bone healing.

Tooth replacement (prosthodontics)
.
Tooth replacement (prosthodontics)
Tooth replacement plays a key role in our dental care services. Our goal is to provide the best solutions for replacing missing or damaged teeth, restoring both function and the beauty of your smile.
Various types of tooth replacements are available, including crowns, bridges, dentures, and implants. These solutions are not only important for aesthetic reasons but also help restore proper chewing function and prevent the shifting of neighboring teeth.
The tooth replacement process
The procedure typically involves multiple steps. First, our dentists conduct a thorough examination of the oral cavity, and if necessary, take X-ray images to assess the condition of the teeth and jawbone. Based on the findings, they recommend the most suitable prosthetic solution, taking into account the patient’s individual needs and preferences.
Once the best plan is determined, the dentist takes precise impressions, which are then used to create the final restoration. After the prosthetic is fabricated, it is carefully placed and adjusted in the mouth to ensure a perfect fit and natural look.
At our clinic, experienced dentists and specialists use the latest technologies and high-quality materials to create durable and aesthetic restorations. We prioritize patient comfort and satisfaction, offering personalized treatment plans tailored to your specific needs and oral health condition.

X-ray
.
For accurate diagnosis and effective treatment, we offer modern X-ray services, which are essential for a comprehensive assessment of dental issues. These X-ray images allow us to develop the most appropriate treatment plan for our patients by revealing hidden problems such as tooth decay, focal infections, or periodontal diseases, which may not always be detectable through a standard oral examination.

Aesthetic fillings
.
Aesthetic fillings
A composite filling, also known as a white filling, is an ideal solution for restoring small to medium-sized cavities or fractures. Due to its natural appearance, aesthetic fillings are commonly used for front teeth restorations as well. Additionally, a variety of shades are available, allowing us to match the filling perfectly to the patient’s natural tooth color, ensuring an excellent aesthetic result.
Inlay (dental inlay)
In cases where the tooth structure is severely damaged and cannot be restored with a regular filling, but there is still enough healthy tooth material to avoid the need for a dental crown, an inlay is an excellent alternative. Inlaysprovide a durable and highly aesthetic solution, offering a completely customized restoration that blends seamlessly with the natural tooth while ensuring long-lasting results.
